Naperville Central loses to Glenbard North

Naperville Central lost to Glenbard North by a score of 54-10 at North.  Ben Williamson defeated Marne by a score of 6-2.  The win tied Williamson for the most wins in Naperville Central school history.  Cam Hayes continued to impress with a solid 10-1 major decision at 145 pounds.  The third win for the Redhawks came from Robby Martins.  Martins scored takedowns in the second and third periods to lock down a 7-3 victory.

In one of the more exciting matches of the night, Jake Keating took down top-ranked Gomez of GN three times before succumbing by fall late in the third period.  Keating held a 9-7 lead after the first period.  The sophomore won the team's "I'm Somebody" award for his effort.

The Redhawks lost at the JV1 level by a score of 31-38.  NCHS won six matches in the dual including three by fall.  Both the JV2 and freshman levels lost to Glenbard North.
