Naperville Central opened the very unusual, delayed 2021 season
with loses against Marmion and Lockport.
Senior standout Shane Roth, 182, finished the day with two pins, a first
period fall against Marmion and a last third period fall over Lockport. David Pirozhnik also came away with two wins,
a 9-1 major decision against Lockport and a win by forfeit. Wins were also record by Ayden Lutes (152),
Ethan Olson (120), and Alex Knusel (138).
Knusel’s win came by pin in just 17 seconds against his opponent from
Lockport.
